A great event stands and falls with planning. When using AI attractions, clarify a few points early. This checklist helps.

Footprint and position

The AI photo booth needs 2 x 2 meters, the 360 VideoBox a bit more. Position visibly but not in traffic. Room for queue, props and photos.

Power

A 220 volt connection is enough. Stable feed without competing loads. For outdoor plan weather protection.

Timing

Setup usually under 30 minutes. Plan at least 60 minutes buffer before start. Brief custom templates in time.

Props and decoration

Props help shy guests. Deco underlines the motif. Both should fit the occasion without overpowering the shot.
